I don't typically do much to decorate our dining room table as it is pretty narrow and it's also the place where we eat all our meals and the where the kids do their homework. However, now that it's finally spring I felt the urge to do something with flowers that was more than just a pretty floral arrangement. I gathered some faux spring stems and my eucalyptus garland and got to work. I first placed the garland down the center of my table. Then layered in the forsythia branches. Once those were down I placed in the pink florals. To give the stems a more realistic look and to give the garland more dimension I bent and twisted the floral stems and branches. The garland looked nice with the florals alone but I thought this was the perfect time to tuck in some bunnies and faux eggs- perfect for Easter!
I think a table runner would actually help to ground and finish this look and I could have really gone to town and added some votives, taller candlesticks or more flowers and greenery but I was really feeling this simple vibe. The gold silverware and napkin rings, wood coasters, soft neutral flowers, the super sweet bunnies and even books! Victoria has a tablescape has the perfect mix of vintage meets spring. See more views of this table here.
A tipped over pot is something that I typically try to avoid, however I'm totally OK with Shae's terracotta pots spilling over with lavender! Check out her post to see her incredible table runner.
This view of Dori's table stopped me mid scroll. It's simple but so perfectly done. The way the candle bookends her centerpiece is really lovely. I also am really into the soft green plates pink tulips. See more here.
I am always impressed by fancy napkins. These bows are so cute! The pink gingham and lace is perfect for spring and the perfect accent to the rest of Laurel's table.
White and green are always a yes for me and Leslee's creamy white dining room is seriously beautiful. See more of her tablescape and check out the cute box she designed her arrangement in!
